Early check-in, late check-out. Impressive & huge room, with an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an individual safe. Location short walk to main areas, old market and Pub Street and Siem Reap and Angkor Wat:)))
Quite noisy staff!

The twin/double room with a balcony was fantastic, having amenities like a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and toiletries was a great addition; the hotel's proximity to the city center and the pleasant atmosphere of the Wat Bo district made it a nice place to stay.

Plus, the breakfast buffet offers a range of tasty options to start your day off right.
Some guests have reported issues with the temperature of the shower water, which can be a concern for some.

Great location near markets and Pub Street, walking distance to attractions. Friendly staff with good service.
Misleading advertisements, not a 4-star hotel as claimed. Room lacked decor and hot water.

The staff at Kesya Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. When our scheduled hotel pick-up didn't arrive, they helped us arrange alternative transportation. The room we initially booked was not available, but they upgraded us to a junior suite without hesitation. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of hot water in the morning and a small swimming pool, the attentive service and modern interior made up for it. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the city center but away from the noise. The breakfast was satisfactory, and we appreciated the option to have it as a takeaway when we needed to leave early. I would highly recommend this hotel.
